Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ALLSTAR HOME SERVICES LLC uses information submitted through allstarpaintingfl.com, our Facebook and Instagram estimate forms, and information accessed by our owner-operated ALL STAR Business Manager application.

Estimate requests and project files

When you request an estimate, we receive the contact details, project description, location and files you choose to provide. We use this information to review the work, prepare estimates, contact you about your request and maintain project records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list or confirm a booking.

Requests are stored in our private lead system. The business owner receives notifications and may receive attachments through Telegram and email. Our website hosting and storage providers process the information needed to operate these services.

Website request attachments are temporary: the retention rule is 14 days after the last project activity, with a maximum of 30 days. This rule does not delete copies already sent to Telegram or saved in selected project archives. Owner-supplied business materials and project records are kept separately. Please avoid uploading identification documents or other sensitive information.

Facebook and Instagram estimate forms

If you submit an estimate form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta shares the contact details and answers you submit with ALL STAR. These may include your name, phone number, optional email, city or ZIP code, the work you need and your preferred timing. We use them to review your request, contact you about the project and prepare an estimate. Submitting this form does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

The owner can review these requests in Meta Business Suite and keep relevant details in private business records. Access is limited to the owner and service providers used to handle requests on our behalf. We do not sell your estimate-request information. Project records are retained as needed to respond to your request, provide services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The temporary website-attachment rule above does not automatically delete information held by Meta.

Meta also processes information under its own Privacy Policy. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by ALL STAR, or to ask us to stop contacting you about your request, email work1991a@gmail.com.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and estimate requests. We do not send names, phone numbers, project descriptions or files to Analytics. You can decline optional analytics or change your choice using Privacy settings. The estimate form works without these cookies.

Google Business Profile data

ALL STAR Business Manager is an internal tool for the owner of ALLSTAR HOME SERVICES LLC. It is not offered as a service for other businesses. The owner authorizes access to our existing Google Business Profile through Google OAuth.

The application accesses business account and location identifiers, profile information, reviews and review responses, posts and photos, and available performance metrics. It uses these data to maintain our profile, review business performance, publish owner-authorized updates and respond to customer reviews.

The Google permission used is business.manage. Google describes this permission broadly, including viewing, editing, creating and deleting business information. Our use is limited to operating the owner's business profile. This connection does not request Gmail, Google Drive or Calendar access.

Authorization credentials are stored in the owner's protected macOS Keychain, rather than published in website pages or project reports. Operational records may include profile information and the results of authorized actions. Access is limited to the owner and tools or service providers used at the owner's direction to operate the business. Information intentionally published to Google, such as posts and review replies, becomes public.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. ALL STAR Business Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access, deletion and disconnecting Google

The owner can revoke the application's access at any time through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically remove previously published posts or existing business records.
