Move-In & Move-Out Painting in Miami-Dade & Broward.
Repaint before moving in or refresh a home between occupants. We work throughout Miami-Dade and Broward. Share the rooms, key-access date and handover deadline so we can review the scope and schedule.
The useful starting point is your access window: when the property is available and when it needs to be ready. Let us know whether you want a full repaint or attention to selected rooms.
How should painting fit around my move?
Share the date keys become available, the moving or handover date, and whether furniture will be present. Preparation, painting and drying need to fit inside that window. The working schedule is confirmed after reviewing the scope and conditions.
Should I request touch-ups or a full repaint?
Send a short description of marks, holes or uneven areas. If you know the existing paint color and finish, include them. Touch-ups may remain visible when paint or surface conditions differ; we can discuss whether repainting a whole wall makes more sense.
What should I include for a move-out or rental repaint?
Share any written painting instructions from the owner or property manager, the existing color if known, wall damage and the date the unit becomes vacant. Agree on the surfaces, preparation and finish before work starts. Painting does not guarantee a deposit refund; the property owner or manager determines the handover requirements.
Start with a short request.
Your name, phone, work needed and area are enough to get started. Photos are optional.
